- By organising a shoot with Furlong Images you agree to all T&C's unless otherwise agreed upon

- Furlong Images retains the rights to all images taken

- Payment will be processed before the shoot*

*Unless for commercial or Wedding Shoots

- Furlong Images has the right to use photographs that were taken at your shoot as advertising or on a public portfolio unless you have specified otherwise

-You will not receive every photograph captured but all photographs processed through top quality processing applications

- If you have paid for a shoot / print all images will come watermark free but Furlong Images urges you to give photo credit where possible

- After your shoot you will receive a combination of full colour and Black & White photographs

- After your shoot you will receive your processed photographs no more than one month after the shoot was conducted

- Photographs will be delivered either by USB or a Dropbox link

- If you are unhappy with your finished photographs or service you are not entitled to a full refund, but please contact me privately to sort out a solution
